      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/349544"&gt;@JChung0101&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;If physical SIM, remove the SIM card from the phone and gently reinsert.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try restarting your phone or do a soft reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definitely try another phone as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggests first before submitting a ticket to public support agents, as this could just be a device issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
