Are you talking about the $10 referral program? If so, it takes up to 72 hours for it to hit your account.

@GS01 If you mean the one time $10 credit it should show up in your available funds with in 72 hours of activation , if it’s been over 3 days submit ticket with support to make sure you entered the referral code correctly

Hi @GS01 are you the one who just joined? if you are , you will see the $10 as credit on your My Account (in Available Funds) within 72 hours. So, in 3 days , you should see it
