If you clear your cache close your browser and reopen a new one, do you see the payments icon on the left-hand side of your window?

@nicanolie "but I don't have a payment tab" If you're not seeing the menu that includes payments tap/click on the > in a circle at the bottom left of your account page and it will slide out into view.
