Can I be granted a refund please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/346333"&gt;@Kelvinchan10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally, it is considered operator error if all porting steps were not followed in sequence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid service so no refund so just contact a CS_Agent to complete your porting of your old number and submit a ticket as noted by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;hyperlink.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
