    <description>&lt;P&gt;My sister purchased a sim card on the 2nd of November and never received it even though they said two days delivery.&amp;nbsp; She purchased another one and again the money has been taken out of her account today and it says two days delivery.&amp;nbsp; What is the problem with shipping the card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
