I'm in the US I have a data roaming plan. Everything works except incoming calls just goes to a busy signal. Anyone know a fix to this?

@Alilee Is your phone VoLTE capable and enabled, otherwise you would need to try and connect to T-Mobile's 2G network. What phone do you have? Is your phone set to 4G/LTE and connecting to either AT&t or T-Mobile? You can call out OK?

so you can call out...just nobody can successfully call you ? Make sure your cell isn't set to Do Not Disturb.

I have a Samsung a24 . I'm connected to t-mobile it's on lte/3g/2g auto connect. I can call out send texts an use data fine. It's just the incoming calls that aren't working

@Alilee Have you tried turning airplane mode on, waiting several minutes, and then turning it off again?
