CORS Error when submitting support tickets

Hello, when attempting to submit a support ticket, my browser is getting the following error:

... 'https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/trouble-ticket') from origin 'https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

It looks like the public mobile site isn't configured correctly. It's blocking it's own support tickets!!!
