    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Guys!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I missed the SMS which Fido sent to me during the process of transferring my number from Fido to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I need to re-trigger this number transfer process, but I can NOT submit a service ticket due to system error. Could anyone told me what should I do or Who I can talk with to solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
