I have forgotten to provide the code from my friend during the registration process 2 weeks ago. Can i still enter it somewhere before my first statement is processed…?

No, once you activate your SIM and forget to enter the referral code. Just private message a CS_Agent by clicking on your avatar (top right) then Messages and on the pen/paper icon then pm them.

@SebaG After two weeks I wouldn't count on it. Having said that you can always reach out to customer service at the link below and see if they can do anything for you:

@SebaG You will need to submit ticket with support and ask if they can apply it for you after the fact . It’s supposed to be done in activation as you know but typically the agents are understanding and helpful
