PM is a prepaid service so you will not. If you're not in a hurry, wait until closer to the end date of your plan.

PM is prepaid and no refund if you leave early

So, if you can wait, best to wait till closer to the end of your cycle and move carrier to avoid loss

but if you are moving to Koodo or Telus, check with them, they might be able to give you a one time credit if you are moving from PM

There is no refund may I ask why you want to transfer to a other provider I done the same thing reget leaving Public Mobile and came back

I'm going to guess they're going to Freedom to get BF pricing only offered in QC by PM (e.g. Freedom $29/6GB nationwide, or $29/10GB nationwide for 24mo). Yes the Freedom plans include offers only good for 24 months in some cases, but that's a long time in this industry.
