      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im trying to manage my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I originally wanted to change the email associated with my account, went through the process to confirm my current email and changed my password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I sign in now to change my email I get recognized by name but get stuck in a loop where I am being asked to choose my subscription etc. I cannot access my account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thinking of just canceling public mobile. how can I do so&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
