      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I can not get your situation correctly, anyway, if you can not log in your kids account, you have to reset the password. If you can log in your kids account but can not subscribe the other plan, please contact technical support.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
