      <title>Account configuration error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I created my account and started plan activation. ($40/month and free e-Sim).&amp;nbsp; My credit card has been charged with the monthly fee.&amp;nbsp; Then I got this message:&amp;nbsp; Oops, Your payment was processed but an account configuration occurred.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please click below to submit a ticket....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error Code: M.8703&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I clicked the link but saw nothing that would indicate a ticket had been created.&amp;nbsp; I waited "forever" on a chat window only to learn that was a Sales chat and they couldn't help.&amp;nbsp; I'm hoping you can now sort this out.&amp;nbsp; When I log into my account it wants me to continue activation which I'm not going to do because I don't want a second charge.&amp;nbsp; I cannot get to any account settings because it's not fully set up!&amp;nbsp; Not a great start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
