depends on volume, some times within a few mins, sometimes a few hrs.

Just know when they do message you, they'll ask you to provide the name and phone number of your referral code person. Have that ready.

There is no reason for a customer supprot agent to ask for the name and phone number of the person who referred you. They only need the referral code. Asking for information such as the name and phone number defeats the entire purpose of the referral code system.
