      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have just ported my phone but am unable to receive text message on my phone to confirm my identity so I can get full access. There is also no other option to receive via email. Please how do I resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/348148"&gt;@Aolanewday&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but can you receive inbound calls?&amp;nbsp; it could be your porting was not completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will send you a number to your Community inbox.&amp;nbsp; That is the porting team number and please call and confirm if your porting was completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And for the login to My Account, try to click Didn't receive code&amp;nbsp; and check if sending via email is an option there, maybe you can login My Account via email 2FA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
