Hey

I think I know what the answer is going to be but just want to make sure.

I accidentally made a new account but have actually been a long-time community user.

Long-time community members remember by old community account as Brettster99

When the switch to eversafe id happened I believed I screwed up and made a whole new community account that is now associated with eversafe id. I wondering if anyone knows if I can get back my old account by myself or do I have to submit a ticket? (Which I have already did just now because I do believe that might be the only possible way to get it back if I can at all)

Also, any other long time PM users have a similar issue to me or no?

Only agent might be able to assist you in this mater.

But if you are not getting massive rewards participation in Community, it would not matter if you created new Community account. These two accounts have to be in sync only if you are Very active here thus expecting some rewards for your activity.

Are you logging in this account @Anonymous with the same email address as the previous account?? Can you access My Account using this current new name @Anonymous ? I personally saw cases people can get back the old id but also seen cases people don't. Not sure what are the factors to Yes or to No. Please submit ticket with support and ask for escalation if the initial answer is no

Yeah, I am using the exact same email that I used from signing up all the way back 5+ years ago. As for the second question I am not even sure how I would check if that was the case. Other then that I am going to wait for PM (Public mobile) to PM (Private messeage) me lol.

I do realize that @Meow but it's not the rewards I am really after. It's the symbolic deputy mayor title I am really after. It be very disappointing if I am not able to get it back

Oh, that is not a big deal. Just be active here, few times a week, and you will get Major title with a little bit of patience.

I got the PM from PM and said they can restore old community account but it means losing this one. Honestly, to me that means losing nothing. So happy I will get my old community account back YAY
