      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think all the previous replies are correct and I just want to put my one cent here. I got the exact same error message at the end of my activation process yesterday when I transferred my number from Fido. I would suggest checking your device's cellular setting to see if the esim had been existed and added to your phone. In Oneplus you could go to Settings - Mobile Network. If there is no sim card showing in the page at all, then you may need to &lt;SPAN&gt;get a hold of a CS Agent to fix the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope the answer is helpful.
