Hi @Spennybooboo

If you're phone says you're still with Chatr, it means your Chatr SIM card is still in the phone. You need to take it out and place a Public Mobile SIM card you registered with in. Then reboot the phone.

Hi there,

If you received a physical SIM card from PM, you would need to remove the Chatr SIM card from your phone and put the PM SIM card in. In order to removing it, you could use a SIM tool or a paper clip gently insert to the hole right besides your SIM tray to pop the SIM tray out.

If this is an esim, please check the celluar or mobile network setting in your phone. Sometimes you may need to manually turn on the esim line in the setting.

Hope the answer is helpful. Thanks!
