does changing my suscription plan affect my rewards

hi i submitted a ticket and haven’t heard back, so just in case it didn’t send, let me ask again here. if i were to change suscription plan, will i loose all of my rewards such as the 2$ off loyalty, 2$ from auto pay and 2$ refer a friend?

No you will not. The subscription has nothing to do with your rewards.

more precisely, the only way you lose your legacy reward is if you register and sign-up for public points through the rewards tab on self-serve.

The change plan function, and the public points rewards function are two separate processes, and one is not reliant on the other.

… and in case it isn’t apparent, don’t ever switch to public points, unless you want less value for your money. 🙂
