    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm confused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, I've gotten rewards for&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Autopay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) one referral&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, my rewards indicate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- $6 Autopay reward (correct)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- $6 Referral reward (shouldn't this only be $3 for one referral?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- $6 available fund (shouldn't this be $9?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- $102 estimated payment (shouldn't this be $101?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's a snapshot - not sure if anyone else is experiencing this as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="Rewards.JPG" style="width: 591px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2756i878A245CD7E0FC8B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Rewards.JPG" alt="Rewards.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Account Activation Request Failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I just tried to activate a second PM SIM card I received for my wife. However, at the last step, it failed with the error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="FormError"&gt;- Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/community" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/community&lt;/A&gt;" Target="_blank"&amp;gt;publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've searched around and there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer on how to resolve this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've opened a ticket however based on my experience with my own SIM card activation, the wait time is very long (a few days) before there is any response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there anything I can do in the meantime?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jmb2027,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally I'd say "Hey! One of the mods will hit you up in a few minutes." but sadly, that's not the case right now. They're currently backlogged with support requests due to the promotion and some issues that have arisen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That being said, email support has always been much slower. You can PM one of the mods and tag one here if you'd like, but it may be a day or two before you see a response from them.
