      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to use public mobile app to be able to complete porting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I started porting an hour back and received a confirmation/verification message from my old provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Once I confirmed that I wanted to port, my old account was deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Your phone may show no signal using old network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Then, change the Sim card&amp;nbsp; and your public mobile service would have started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The process can take few minutes to few hours of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What exactly is the issue that you are facing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
