If you look at these two links, it's been said that this can not go to a CS Agent that they must call the porting team number. So, which is it. My opinions is:&amp;nbsp; Members should only be contacting Public Mobile customers support agents for any issues, but that's just my opinion.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile only provides suport online and this is something that customers need to become accustomed to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well the port worked after a PM from one of the CS_Agents but now it seems my esim didn't work properly since I'm not getting any signal... hopefully the CS_Agent can fix this problem as I don't see a why to try and reattach the esim within the Public Mobile App.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
