      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ungraded to the 20 GB data at 5G speed for $34.00 and my data hasn’t worked at all, I have been using the 4 G pack until now which was working with the APN setting I found on the official website, what should I do to make this one work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switching plans shouldn't have any impact on that. Have you tried rebooting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the exact same issue, which started when the plan switched yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Went through all the steps outlined form the chatbot and have since submitted a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
