      <title>Haven't received my Sim Card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been over 2 weeks and haven't received my Sim Card in the mail. I've tried to submit a ticket a few time and keeps saying there's an error and tried to send it direct to an agent and got the same thing error if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm sure you'll get it sometime next week if it's been 2 weeks already. If you want one faster you can call up local Telus stores to see if they have any or if you have Amazon Prime you can purchase on there. However, I'm sure it will come this week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately receiving SIM from PM is a hit and miss. Some people receive it within days, some within weeks (way longer than 10 business days) and some do not at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact agent for replacement. See if you can select post office as receiving place instead of your home address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
