    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am a new customer, trying to activate eSIM, keeps giving me an error message,&amp;nbsp; when I try to submit a ticket I get an error message for that.&amp;nbsp; How am I supposed to get help?&amp;nbsp; I have cleared my browser history and refreshed as suggested.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrated!&amp;nbsp; Phone is currently on SOS mode.&amp;nbsp; What do I do?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi hTideGnow, thank you for getting back to me.&amp;nbsp; I have an iPhone 12 Pro.&amp;nbsp; I got the welcome email and the QR code, I scan it and get an error "Unable to activate eSIM".&amp;nbsp; When I try to submit a ticket I get an error.&amp;nbsp; The chat told me to refresh my browser and clear my history, I have done that, still not able to submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It happened to my friend, the error was there because esim already installed on his&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but it is not there, please submit ticket with CS agenras said above&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for getting back to me.&amp;nbsp; I did use the app and followed the directions, then I got an error.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to follow the starting a ticket process and received an error there as well. Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
