      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried for 4 months to try and get help on my Public Mobile account to try and cancel it. Very disappointed in the customer service. I can log into my account but after that it takes me to a pre-activation page even though I've been a customer for over a year. I need help with this because I've tried to put a hold on the payments with my credit card but they can't help me either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not want to be PM customer anymore ask your bank for chargeback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
