Have you tried to restart the phone and your sure you still have data left are you in an unlimited plan ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can check to see how much data you have left to use. If you're out of data, the data will stop working altogether.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What plan do you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/342722"&gt;@cathy-SIM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; usually data issue is APN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you on iPhone or Android?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for iPhone, try to Reset network settings and then make sure Carrier profiles is PM is is up-to-date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an Android, Reset all networks and test.&amp;nbsp; Let us know what APN settings you have and what make or model your phone is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try using the link below to configure it. After doing this and restarting my phone, my data started working immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an iPhone, just go through Settings &amp;gt; Cellular &amp;gt; Cellular Data Network and you can configure it with the same details given in the link above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
