      <title>No cellular data and cannot submit a ticket.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure what to do. My wife and I have been with public mobile for a couple years and we just updated our plans. The payment went through and the new plans are active, but both of us don’t have service. We cannot make phone calls, text, or use our plans internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also cannot submit a ticket. It just keep coming up with a 404 error page. How to I get help from public mobile if I cannot submit a ticket?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
