Unable to receive phone calls unless from a public mobile customer. Please help!

if it is true, thr porting was not done. there is a porting sort team you can call and check the porting status . I will send you the number to your Community inbox. Please check

I am having so.e problem and I switched almost three weeks ago I can't recieve text message for verification of my device to complete public community profile either pls help
