I can't find any information online about US Addons. For example, if I'm roaming in the US for a week or so, what options do I have and how would i go about it?

hi @Jrey1 PM roaming addon are all 15 days long. PM uses T-Mobile or AT&T networks.

They have Talk/text/3GB data for $30. Or you can get Talk/Text roaming only. The 15 days counter starts after the sddona is purchased, so wait till you start your trip

@Jrey1 Login to your self serve account (using clean browser or clear cache/cookies) and select Add-ons top right of the overview page and you will be able to purchase either talk/text roaming add-on or data roaming or bundle including talk/text/data to purchase which are for 15 day duration.

Keep in mind the add-on becomes active immediately after purchasing, so best to buy close to your travel date.

@Jrey1 Is your phone on PM's VoLTE list (scroll to the bottom of the link)? If not you may have difficulty with voice calls unless you can connect to T-Mobile's 2G network.
