      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you follow transfer instructions to the letter?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Left OLD SIM in your phone, requested transfer, replied Yes within 90 minutes of receiving SMS from Bell, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
