Hi,

I'm new to public mobile. I signed up using a referral code. Aren't I supposed to receive 5 points as a welcome present and another 10 points for being referred to PM? My account is showing 0.

@Kaito How long ago did you sign up? It can take two or three days for the rewards to appear in your account.

About 7 hours ago? I signed up maybe half an hour before midnight.

@Kaito You will get 5 point welcome bonus with in a few days also the one time $10 credit for using a referral code will show up in your available funds with in 72 hours after activation and automatically be applied to your next renewal , as for the points you earn you will need to wait u til you have 15 points to redeem $15 off your bill from your rewards portal in your account

For me, it took one day for the 5 welcome points to show up and 2 days for the $10 to arrive. Unfortunately, you can’t check if the referral code went through or not before the $10 show up.
