Debit Card not working

I'm am trying to use my Simplii MC Debit with my account but I keep getting an error message. My TD visa credit is getting the same message. Only my TD visa debit is accepted but I can't use that to pay atm. What am I doing wrong?

Simplii is known to have issue with different system even they admit that

Understand your TD visa has issue too. Please wait a full hour, then try again using Incognito mode and see if it works

I haven't seen it mentioned for a while but maybe it's back. There seems to be a problem with the Simplii brand here. That visa should work though. But only try to pay twice per hour.
Maybe buy a voucher until you can use the other visa debit.
