This is most likely an APN issue. Look at these settings:

APN Settings:
If you're able to edit then use the following.
Name: whatever you want
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
APN type: default,mms,dun
APN enable/disable: APN enabled - probably on anyway and greyed out
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D

Save, then select to use, then go in and out of airplane mode

Hi

I upgraded from the 4G to the 5G subscription and it was supposed to turn on yesterday.

The data icon is showing but the phone is getting zero data. All the apps say offline.

The phone is one plus Nord 30.

If it's a compatibility issue can I force it to fall back to 4G on the phone without changing the subscription?

Current location is in Sudbury.

Tried forcing the preferred network type to 4G or lower and it's still getting no data.
