      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/345294"&gt;@Jw65&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you submit a porting request yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you will have to login to My Account, go to Profile page, click Transfer Number and enter&amp;nbsp; your phone number and old provider's account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if you already submitted a request&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and just need to re-trigger the process,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
