Login my Account using Incognito mode and check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Overview page to see if you see the addon&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check payment history&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if it shows the transaction&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you see the addon and transaction, screenshot it and send to agent for further help&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

Have you tried making a call or texting someone ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Click the little spinner refresh icon under the shop add-ons button. That should update your list of add-ons. Do you see add-ons with day counters like #/15 or #/30?&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a re-buy of having the add-on just before you bought it this time?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
