I have paid for my US add-on for TALK/TEXT. I have my Receite , it show on my account but Public Mobile comes back & says I don"t have that service.

couple thing to check

1. Check your credit card to confirm if PM took the money

2. Login my Account using Incognito mode and check

Overview page to see if you see the addon
Check payment history https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history to see if it shows the transaction

If you see the addon and transaction, screenshot it and send to agent for further help

if you're in US and you get a message about needing the add-on...you can ignore it as long as your sure you successfully bought the US 15 Day Talk / Text addon. Have you tried making a call or texting someone ?

Yes I tried to text someone but public mobile told me I didn’t have the add-on and I checked my credit card and it was taken out.

Click the little spinner refresh icon under the shop add-ons button. That should update your list of add-ons. Do you see add-ons with day counters like #/15 or #/30?
Is this a re-buy of having the add-on just before you bought it this time?
