Hi @mixxingh87

Don't worry just yet. It's a cache issue when you use your browser. Go to the phone app. When you open the app, bottom plus symbol and open subscriptions. You will see your current and upcoming. I helped my coworker today switch to that plan and it showed under that his new upcoming plan. Let us know that worked.

Hi, it is app glitch. You can log in to desktop, then go to "Subscriptions and Add-Ons" and then it should be there.

EDIT: I can now also see it when I click the + button on the app (bottom left) and scroll down.
