      <title>eSIM installation failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my eSIM installation failed. There was some sort of error. Upon checking they sent me a QR code via email but when I scan it it says Unable to activate sim. Try again later or contact network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;someone help me please, send me a new eSIM that works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If that doesn’t work then we ask them to send a private message to CS_Agent for help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
