      <description>&lt;P&gt;We joined a US/Can $60 month for 3 months prepaid plan to get extra minutes &amp;amp; data while traveling the US (upgraded a week ago). Summary says we used a bunch of data but internet rarley worked. Would like to go back to previous $15 phone plan &amp;amp; get credit or refund. Can somebody help/any suggestions. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/345062"&gt;@PaulB2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In an iPhone go to Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular -&amp;gt; Network Selection, uncheck automatic and see what is offered, you would want either AT&amp;amp;T or T-mobile. &amp;nbsp;Set your cellular options to 4G/LTE. &amp;nbsp;If you have an android it should be something similar &amp;nbsp;Make sure data roaming is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your phone is set to 5G then set it to 4G LTE. Then do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet? If not then you can only use talk services on T-Mobile using their old 2G GSM network. Hopefully your phone and the area you're in can switch automatically. If not then you would need to switch down manually. Talk and text will work there. You can go back to 4G LTE when you want data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
