      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. Check your PM account and confirm it is Active!&lt;BR /&gt;2. Remove SIM, clean contacts, blow some dry air into phone's SIM slot to remove potential dust, insert SIM back (do all this after turning phone off).&lt;BR /&gt;3. Try your SIM in another phone to determine if it is SIM failure.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Try any other active SIM in your phone to eliminate phone failure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
