SIM cards are a bit slow in delivery and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I’m not sure when you first ordered it but check back in 3 weeks and if it hasn’t arrived by then, than you can contact a Public Mobile CS agent and speak to them about how you can fix the problem.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

The link is in two of the posts already.

When did your dad order the SIM card? Officially, it takes about up to 10 business days to arrive. If less than 10 business days, there is no point contacting customer service agent. If you want the quickest delivery, Amazon does offer Prime shipping and cheaper at $5 per SIM card. You can also visit a Telus or Koodo corporate store to pick up a SIM card for $10.
