Can someone tell how to shut down the support message coming through my email

@car62 Are you asking about new replies you are receiving notifications for from your earlier thread? You can select the "options" menu top right of that thread and and click "unsubscribe". Or you can change the default settings from your avatar>settings>subscriptions>notifications.

Under the Subscriptions & Notifications, you'll need to check the box marked (like mine) below which reads "Turn off all email notifications" :
