    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you did NOT port your number to another provider you are still PM customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless PM made mistake with transferring your number to another provider I doubt you will get any refund. Try, it does not hurt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
