    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I’m new to PM. I downloaded the app and scanned the QR code from the phone I want to activate an eSIM from (iPhone 12) but I keep getting message that it’s Unable to Activate eSIM and I need to contact carrier. I tried taking out my old physical SIM, reboot, and tried again. No luck. I’m not even sure how to contact PM customer service… am I doomed to having to buy a physical sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/344143"&gt;@Pisha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try going to the Welcome to PM email and scan the QR code from the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found a SIM is more flexible than eSIM if you need to transfer over to another phone. With eSIM you need to purchase in for each phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If scanning didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent for further assistance by pm at:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
