Take sim outta old phone and install in new phone. As long as your old account wasn't deactivated (after 90 days in Suspension)...old sim will still be fine then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK. Have you gone into your profile and changed the SIM card number to your new number? If so, I know this will sound dumb but, did you reboot? If you haven't changed your SIM card number under your profile, you'll need to do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's been longer than 90days since last renewal expired...then your PM account has been deactivated. You'll need a new sim to start a new account...even need a different email address. You can use the same credit card though.&amp;nbsp; If less than 90 days, that sim will/should still work in your A8. Put the sim in the A8, boot it up and see if it shows as Public Mobile in the top corner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
