      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/344030"&gt;@KingAlfredo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the now infamous SIMon chatbot has been on 'vacation' since the new system several months back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems that Public Mobile has abandoned, or is having a very difficult time repairing, the ticketing process - for reasons which are less than understood.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Some (including myself) might hope if it's not going to return, to simply remove any mention or access to it so the many, many customers who try to submit a ticket stop wasting their time doing so with results which are frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alas, one must use private messaging now to reach the customer support agents as outlined by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/95469"&gt;@kb_mv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
