Sure enough, her sub expired right after she left the house, lol. Payment made and she's up and running again. Thanks everyone!

My wife is in Niagara falls Ontario and cannot be reached. If I call it says I don't have a roaming plan. She cannot call out. I spoke to her through WhatsApp and told her to turn off auto network connect and to pick Public Mobile. It doesn't appear on her list. Only Telus, Bell, Rogers and a US network. Nothing works. Suggestions? I also noticed that Public Mobile is not on my list where I live. But auto connect works fine.

Check her account, that message usually comes up when the account is suspended.

Then she can deal with Autopay failure when she gets home.
