      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please resend the porting text message, I happen to accidentally delete the previous provider's e-sim after activating public mobile's e-sim. However I did not receive the porting text message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now I am only available to send out texts and make outgoing calls. But I cannot receive texts or receive in coming calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/344066"&gt;@HWMHK&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The porting text messages has to come from the previous provider so you will need to ask a Public Mobile agent to re-start the process. &amp;nbsp;Send a private message here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will reply at your envelope icon top right or click on your avatar if there is no envelope and select messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what would happen about the deleted e-sim from the other provider because you still need it to reply to a text message from them, but CS Agent will advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
