at the payment step, when you review the payment, there is a box for friend referral code

if you really cannot find it, activate first and you can message support to help to add them back

Also @shirlval , you may wish to ask the person referring you to COPY their code in a text or e-mail and send it to you that way.

This way you can COPY and PASTE their code into your communication with the Customer Support Agents (as per @softech advice above) when supplying it to them.

Recommending this because sometimes writing these codes down and sharing them gets zeros and O's, ones and I's, and fives and S's mixed up and you don't want that to happen. 😉
