      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/342895"&gt;@MKC39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The one time I had to use customer service it was by private message and I didn't get a ticket number, so I'm guessing that yours was issued by the chatbot as mojorising suggested. &amp;nbsp;If you decide to go the private message route (same operating hours though I believe) and don't see an envelope icon top right, then click on your avatar and select "Messages". &amp;nbsp;The envelope icon doesn't show on all devices as I discovered when I was new here and wondered what people were talking about!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I'm also a new customer. Sent a couple of messages to CS Agent, but no response... why would they advertise 24/7 support? Is there any other way to get issue resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
